Dayton, Ohio Citizens Urge Officials to Scrap Wide Area Persistent Aerial Police Surveillance Plan

A gathering of over two dozen Dayton, Ohio citizens gathered outside of Dayton City Hall last night before a meeting with government officials, who presented details and answered questions on the proposed Wide Area Persistent Surveillance Program that the city has proposed buying into at a cost of $120,000 for 120 hours of service.
